The primary purpose of Roofy is to provide access to property-related information, such as EPC and HMO licensing data, to help users understand property compliance and support informed decision-making. The platform is expected to expand its services over time.Eligibility and ResponsibilitiesYou must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. As a user, you agree to use the Service only for lawful and appropriate purposes, provide accurate information, and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Crucially, you must not use Roofy to harass, intimidate, or target individuals and must respect all applicable laws.Accuracy and AdviceRoofy aggregates data from third-party and public sources and, while aiming for accuracy, cannot guarantee the completeness or availability of the information. You acknowledge that data may contain errors or omissions, and compliance statuses can change. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before taking any action. The document explicitly states that Roofy is an early-stage service and all information provided—including compliance indicators or risk assessments—is for general informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as formal legal, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Roofy.Intellectual Property and AvailabilityAll content, code, branding, and data-processing logic within Roofy are owned by or licensed to Roofy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and Roofy is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of the Service.
